Now I'm tired... filled in on the morning show today... been up since 3:00am, that's now 13 hours... and I'm starting to fade... soo... maybe a snooze for a bit... we'll see...
Full Body... started at about 12:20pm
Warmup - three minutes on recumbent bike... hit an average of 22.7
Bench Press: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/10x125lbs (might be able to add five pounds)
Lat Pull Downs: 10x80lbs/10x90lbs/10x100lbs
DB Shld Press: 10x12lbs/10x15lbs/10x20lbs
Leg Press: 10x160lbs/10x230lbs/10x325lbs
Calf Raises on Leg Press: 20x70lbs/20x70lbs/20x70lbs
OH Tri-Xtns: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x60lbs
DB Shrugs: 10x40lbs/10x40lbs/10x40lbs
Superset:
Twisting Crunches: 15/15
Leg Raises: 15/15
Ball Obliques: 15/15
Superset:
Bicycle Kicks: 15/15
Crunches: 15/15
I am absolutely beat.... plus, I'm trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with my PC. I installed a new HD and I'm having some challenges... yippie....
