Week Five - Day One - Heavy Push

Warm Up: Three minutes on the Concept II

Leg Press: 270x8/350x8/470x7/510x6
BB Hack Squats: 45x8/45x8/55x7/65x6
Dips: 9/8/3/4
DB Incline Press: 25x8/35x8/45x7/50x4
Skulls: 30x8/40x8/50x7/60x6

Thoughts: I will keep this weight on the Leg Press for the time being. Good weight as I try to keep my heels down. I will up the BB Hack Squat now. Ilowered the weight on the Incline Press as I added Dips. The Skulls were good, but the elbows were starting to flare out a bit. May lower the weight a tad. My tris are tired.
