Warm Up: three minutes on eliptical

CBL Rope Pushdowns: 7.5kgx10/10kgx8/12.5kgx6/15kgx6
Standing Tricep Xtns: 40lbsx10/50lbsx8/55lbsx6/60lbsx6

SS:
Tick Tocks: 20lbsx20/25lbx20/30lbsx15/35lbsx12
DB Shrugs: 20lbsx20/25lbx20/30lbsx15/35lbsx12

Opposite Arm/Leg Lift: 2x10
Bent Elbow Plank: 60sec/30sec

Thoughts:

Tick tocks and shrugs was a nice challenge... doing the tt's to quite the burn, then hanging on to the DB's for the shrugs... wow... what a burn...

Did Standing Xtns instead of the planned declines today as someone was using the bench.

Almost laughed out loud at the hammer curls on the final set... two... two reps... hahaha.... I'll lower the weight to 20 pounds next time!
