Week Eleven/Day Three & Four

Combination of what I was gonna do yesterday and today... wound up being legs and chest day. And what a day it was. I had no idea how impressive two 45 pound plates on an oly bar looked. Nor did I realize how intimidating it was, either. Whew.

Start: 8:02
Finish: 9:04

Warm Up: Three minutes on eliptical

Leg Press: 180lbsx10/230x8/320x6/480x6 (woo!)
DB Lunges: 10lbsx10/15x8/25x6/35x6
Ham Curls: 2px10/3px8/4px6/5px6
BB Bench: 65lbsx10/75x8/85x6/135x8 (woo!)
Dips: 10/8/6/6
Hanging Leg Raises: 15/10

Thoughts: Pleased with the leg press... only 20 pounds to go to the goal. As for the bench, I'm always a little leary of trying to use heavier weight just in case I can't find anyone if I need help. Fortunately, one of the guys was walking by and kept an eye on me. What I am pleased with is how easy 135 seemed. Heavier next time!

Fly... as for driving in snow, that's all forgotten once the first glint of ice is gone...
