Start: 8:14am
Finish: 9:17am
Warm Up: Five minutes on the eliptical
Leg Press: 180lbsx10/230x8/320x6/460x8
DB Squats: 20lbsx10/25lbsx8/30x6/40x6
DB Lunges: 10lbsx10/15x8/25x6/30x6 (I still hate these)
BB SLDL: 55lbsx10/75x8/95x6/145x6
Calf Raises (On LP): 200lbsx10x4
Core work followed.
