Week Eight/Day Two

In a word, I feel like garbage today. Okay, that appears to be more than one word, but I don't feel well at all. This is the worst I've felt in ages. Some sort of tummy trouble, but not the flu. I dunno what it is... and of course, it's one of the busiest days at the station....
That all being said, I still did my workout, but cut it short. I dropped the calves and the abs today.
Full Body
Warmup - three minutes on recumbent
Lat Pulldowns: 10x60lbs/10x80lbs/10x110lbs
Superset:
Single Leg Press: 10x70lbs/10x80lbs/10x90lbs
BBSLDL: 10x55lbs/10x65lbs/10x85lbs
Parallel Bar Dips: 11/9/8 (managed to do one more than last time on the second set and three more on the last one, go figure).
Superset:
Preacher Curls: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x55lbs
Standing OH Tricep Xtns: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x55lbs
Side Lats: 10x10lbs/10x12lbs/10x15lbs
Didn't manage a whole lot of sleep last night either... couple hours, then up for two, then three more. I only have two channels on the tube (no cable) and there is a lot of crap on in the middle of the night. Some 'get a six pack' routine thing in 90 days... almost seems somewhat legit, but who knows... a lot of Time/Life CD/DVD packages... wow... I started to fall asleep on the couch....
