I like working out. Just thought I'd say that.

Start: 8:16am
Finish: 9:19am

Warm Up: three minutes on eliptical.

Dips: 14//8/5/5
DB Incline Press: 15lbsx10/20lbsx10/30lbsx8/40lbsx8
DB Flat Bench Press: 15lbsx10/20lbsx10/30lbsx8/40lbsx8
Push Ups (on ball on tips of toes): 10/10/10/10
Ball Obliques: 2x15
Leg Raises: 2x15
Frog Crunches: 2x15

My wife thinks I'm a little bonkers for enjoying this hour to 'myself.' But you know what, aside from my commute to and from work, that is really all I get to myself. I don't really count the commute as I have to deal with other drivers.

I like working out.
