While the world was reading Harry Potter (not that that's a bad thing, can't wait to get my hands on it) I was reading Brother Iron, Sister Steel and threw in plenty of supersets today.

Full Body
Start: 8:07am
Finish: 9:30am

Warm up: Three minutes on recumbent bike

DB Flyes: 10x20lbs/10x30lbs/10x35lbs

Superset #1:
Leg Extensions: 10x6p/10x9p/10x11p
Leg Curls: 10x3p/10x4p/10x4p

Superset #2:
Hammer Curls: 10x10lbs/10x15lbs/10x20lbs
Decline Skullcrushers: 10x30lbs/10x40lbs/10x50lbs

Superset #3:
Seated Machine Row: 10x7p/10x9p/10x10p
Seated Cable Row: 10x8p/10x12p/10x13p (last two reps, I couldn't pull the handle all the way back).

Front DB Raises: 10x8lb/10x10lbs/10x15lbs

Ball Obliques: 15/15/15/15

Superset #4:
Twisting Crunches: 15/15/15/15
Bicycle Kicks: 15/15/15/15

Tri-set:
Leg Raises: 15/15/15/15
Crunches: 15/15/15/15
Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15/15/15

Whew... found this kinda tough... love the supersets, though...

Gonna get back to that book later!
