Had a crappy sleep last night... tossed and turned, got up for a while... tossed and turned some more... so, really, about four hours sleep this morning... yuck... I'm sure that had some bearing on my workout today.
Start: 8:11am
Finish: 9:21am
Warm Up: Three minutes on eliptical
SS:
Conc Curls: 12lbsx10/15lbsx8/20lbsx6/30lbsx6*
Stnd EZ Bar Curls: 40lbsx10/45lbsx8/55lbsx6/65lbsx3**

Close Grip Presses: 55lbsx10/65lbsx8/75lbsx6/90lbsx8 (I think I can up this)

Leg Raises: 2x15
Frog Crunches: 2x15
Ball Obliques: 2x15
*spotted the left arm on five of the last set and the right on the last couple... I'm thinking lack of sleep and the fact I supersetted these with the curls might have caused the decrease in reps.
**same as above. The third one was quite the challenge... decided instead of compromising form I'd put the bar down and move on.
Crappy sleep can equal a crappy workout.
