Week 7 of 8 week challenge...still hanging in there
My running buddy bailed on the weekend, so I just went to the gym on Sunday and did 30 on the ellipt doing a Hills program. Took Sat. as a rest day.
Today...Monday...I had a PT session with a full body workout. Used a Bosu ball for the first time to do squats, pushups, situps, and seated row for 1 circuit. Not sure I'm thrilled about the 1/2 ball. Did 2 other circuits which included pull downs, leg curls, pushups, incline chest press, and then leg ext, db bench flies, head crushers, asst pull ups. Not necessarily in that order. The advantage of the PT is that he makes me work thru all of the muscle groups and pushes me harder, the disadvantage is that I tend to defocus on what I'm doing and just do what I'm told..form is always good, just not as focused as I am when I do it on my own.
I have a 1hour pilates class tonight, so lots of exercise today!
