Week #6 of Wt Loss Challenge
After a long weekend I was back at the gym today. I had planned a workout at the gym on Friday and Monday....but....which excuse should I list?? I did do my usual 6km run on Sat. though. I have to admit that I'm loosing some of my enthusiasm for working out, so it must be time to change things up a bit. I think the change in seasons is getting me down a bit as well. I'll just have to keep pushing thru this and hopefully my mood will improve.
Today I did 30min on Ellip at the gym followed by some back extentions to try and stretch out my lower back and hamstrings. My hips have been very tight this past week, but todays workout did seem to loosen things up a bit. Because of the shortened week, I'll be doing 2 wt and 3 cario sessions.
