Week 5 of FT challenge.....Finally feeling normal again--Yay!!
I'm feeling 100% better today. Really think my issues last week were hormonal. I'll have to take note and see how I'm feeling at the end of my next cycle. The good new is the munchies are gone, the tiredness is gone, the depression is gone...woohoo!
Just got back from the gym and am eating my lunch of chicken, brown rice and squash. I have a banana for desert (seems like such a treat!)
Workout:
3X10 pushups + arm circles to warm up upper body
4 sets bentover rows with dbls 12X20/12X20/12X20/10X25lb
3 sets wide lat pd's 12C60/10X70/8X80lb (that was tough)
3 sets 12 shrugs all 25lbs dbls
3 sets hyperextensions 12X arms behind head/12X10lb plate/12X arms behind head
3 sets 30lb EZ bar curls 12/12/12
3 sets conc. curls 12X10lb/12X10lb/10X12lb
ellip for 10min to cool down followed by lots of stretching
Cardio will be swimming with masters tonight after my Pilates class.
Diet:
Already downed 5L of water
2 turkey muffins + salsa+ few almonds
oatmeal+protien
workout
chicken+rice+squash/banana/few almonds
oatmeal+protien
Pilates
Swimming
turkey sausages+rice+veggies
protien
It is sooooo good to be feeling normal again!
