Week 4..this is goin pretty quick!!
Starting week 4 and I'm felling great!! I just had someone else at work comment positively on my appearance...not sure whether it's the wt loss or just my feeling more confident and therefore I look better (; doesn't matter...I'll take whatever compliments I can get!!
Did the wt routine + 35 min run. Will also be swimming tonight and I have pilates as well(which is why I didn't do abs at the gym today)
4 sets seated cable row 12X50/12X60/10X70/8X80lb
3 sets lat pull down 12X60/12X70/10X80
3 sets shrugs all 12X25lbs
3 sets incline curls all 12X10lbs
3 sets conc curls all 12X10lbs
35min run on treadmill, covered 3.5miles, most at 6mph + 10min@6.5mph. One of my better runs, the time went by relatively fast and I didn't have to talk my way all the way thru it!
Felt really good today. I think having the rest day yesterday really helped! I usually run on sat with my running buddy and then swim on Sunday, neither of which I did this weekend. I think the break was good for me!

I cooked up a ton of food on the weekend, so lunches and dinners should be easy this week.
