Week #3of 8 in Wt. Loss Challenge....Circuit training today

All is going pretty well with my diet. It was tough to be "good" over the weekend and I slipped a little bit on Sat. night, but I had planned for it. I feel like my clothes are fitting better, so I'm on the right track, down about 4lbs.

Had a PT session today and he took me through a very tough and sweat inducing circuit. Supersets of squats lunges pull ups sit ups as well as leg curls, bench press, machine flies, more situps etc.... Alternated with 2 min active rest. I was drenched by the end and pretty wobbly in the legs....It's one of the things I like about having a trainer is he makes me work alot harder than I make myself work, and I generally work pretty hard...at least I thought I did!

I have a 1hr Pilates class tonight which will be tough after todays workout.

Enjoyed a nice teryaki salmon filet and salad for lunch after my workout.....now back to work....
