My least favorite day,light intensity, and since I fooled around on the weekend i wasn't in top form (learn the lesson, stupido!)

warm-up recumbent bike 5 1/2 minutes

DB Shrugs 15sX40, 20X40, 20X40 superset with
DB lunges 5X40, 5X40
Military DB Presses 15X30, 15X30, 15X30 superset with
side DB lunges 5X25, 5X25, 5X25
Lat Pull-down 40X40, 50X40, 50X35 superset with
leg extensions 25X40, 25X40
back extensions bdywtX25, bdywtX25 superset with
leg curls 25X40, 25x40
Bench press 45X40, 50X40, 50X40 superset with
seated calf raise 25X40, 25X40
Incline DB flyes 12X40, 12X40 superset with
incline biceps curl 8X40, 8X40
Skullcrushers EZ barX 40, barX40 superset with
Wrist curls 8X40, 8X40 and
reverse wrist curls 5X40, 5X40

Stretched out, hungry!!!!!
