Front raises: 12*8, 12*8, 10*8, 10*8
Lat raises: 12*8, 12*8, 10*8, 10*8
EZ Bar curls: 12*30, 12*30, 10*30, 9*30 (could not squeeze out the last one!)
Hammer Curls: 12*8, 12*10, 10*10, 10*15
Tri-cable pushdowns: 12*30, 12*40, 10*50, 10*60
DB kickbacks: 12*8, 12*10, 10*10, 10*15
ABS: incline crunches, incline twist crunches 2 sets of 10 each
OMG may arms are tired...but it feels pretty good-sort of!
