Did a Circuit routine at work today...it went as follows:
3min on tm
3 circuits of 12X lunge/squat/lunge --lunging onto step
2min on bike
3 circuits of seated cable row/mach bench press/push ups-ft on step/bench pec flies/incl sit ups
2min bike
3 circuits of lat pd/inc chest press/V crunches/BO rows/tricept kick backs
My ham's and butt are still tight from Mon. workout. Hope I'm not too much worse tomorrow.
Pretty tired today...not much sleep last night. Used wt. typical for my routines-or slightly lighter, just didn't feel like writing them down. Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight.
