Wed...wts at the gym...a little different today...
Decided to try some new stuff today, here's what I came up with while at the gym:
5 min treadmill (inline and run)
1 set walking lunges/ 1 set single leg lunge with 1 leg on bench/ 2 sets same "bench lunge" with 10lb dbls and doing bicept curls per lunge)--maybe these are more of a single leg squat--dunno
2 SS of front raises/side raises (thumbs up)/lat raises(bent arm) each 10X 8lb dbls--haven't done these in a while and they were tough, especially with my L shoulder
BB bent over rows 10X45/55/65lbs --1st time I've done these and they were pretty easy, so I'll up the wt next time. I liked these!
2 sets 20 stability ball crunches--yowch!
2 sets 12 leg lifts
1 set bicycle for obliques
meant to do some chest work (was going to do pec flyes), but simply forgot)
Lots of stretching to cool down.
I enjoyed this workout. I think my body may not react too nicely to the change though...we'll see tomorrow. Today is my last day of being 42!
