Wed.....Wts at the gym.....1 week left until vacation!
I've got 7 days left to whip this body into bikini shape! I went to the gym today and here's what I did...
5min run on treadmil at 6mph
3 sets walking lunges with wted bar: 1st set bar on shoulders/2nd set bar on chest and lift with lunge/3rd set with a twist.
BB squats: 12X45lb/10X95lb/10X115lbs/8X115lbs
seated cable row: 12X70/10X80/8X90
Ab crunches and oblique crunches on stability ball.
My time seemed to run out today, but I know the walking lunges always take up time. At least I did some upper body work in conjunction with the lunges.
Even though i feel like my diet has gone out the window, I seem to continue to tone up. I've been buying clothes like crazy lately because they seem to be fitting really well.....and that's a good thing (;
At the end of the summer, I think Ill go get a %BF measurement done.
