Wed....Wt training with hubby...
Hubby showed up at the gym today, so it was the MH circuit routine. Today is was 2 sets of 15 of 5 exercises. It went as follows:
5min Wu on ellip
2 sets 15 -alternated
--incline HS press (2X25lb plates + 32lbs resistance=82lbs--I think, may only be 16lbs resistance so 66lbs, not sure which)
--seated cable row(70lbs)
2 sets 15 alternated:
--Deadlifts (65lbs)
--wide lat pull downs(70lbs)
2 sets 12 pikes on stability ball
I followed this with 2 sets of walking lunges with a body bar and a twist
Also did some golf drills
Stretch to cool down.
These were good wts for me in that I really struggled with the last 3 reps. This may be partly due to the fact that I'm still a tad sore from Mon. upper body workout.
May get in 9 holes of golf this evening
