Wed...wasn't sure what I was going to do today.....
I fully planned on going to the gym but wasn't sure what to do there. I did both swimming and cycling yesterday, so a run seemed a much today. My shoulder is bothering me, so I wasn't sure lifting wts was a great idea either. So after my 5min warmup on the treadmill I wandered over to the "mat" area and started with a squat against the wall...from there here's what I came up with:

4 sets in rotation-- each move held for slow count of 30:
wall squat with arms in "steamline" position (overhead)
6 reps of supermans with alternating leg/arm
plank
reverse lunge with arm lift on lunge /12 each side
-----
30 ab crunches
30 bicycles
15 alternating leg lifts
30 crunches
-----
stretch to cool down.
I was absolutely drenched when I finished. Funny how you can still work up a sweat without heavy wts or fast movements! I'm sure the change-up aided as well.
Really enjoyed this workout.
