Yesterday, Wed., I had to work over the lunch hour, so didn't get to the gym till 5:30pm. I really don't like going to the gym after 5...busy and different crowd! It really effect how I workout because I just kind of want to get it over with. My thighs, mainly my right one, was a bit sore from my workout Monday and run Tuesday, so I took it a bit easy on the legs. I did a kind of mixed full body workout with compound exercises.

Not a great workout, only took 45min. glad when it was done!
Thurs. Today I'll do 30min cardio (ellip) followed by 5min on stepper for variety. Will also do hyperextentions and some rot. cuff work.
