Wednesday....wts...reverse order

My calves are sore from yesterdays run. Haven't had that in a while, but must be from keeping my pace up at 6mph for the full 30min...at least I know I worked hard!

Went to the gym for a full body workout. It went as follows:

5 min on Ellip
Asst pullups: 12X90/12X80/10X80
seated cable row: 12X50/12X60/12X70
HS bench press: 12X36/12X36/12X36 (still not adding wts, but my shoulder did not hurt this time, so maybe in a week I'll start adding wt)
Tricep kickbacks: 12X15/12X15/10X20
SS walking lunges//body squats with hold. Did single lunge/double lunge/triple lunge...felt the burn on these!
Ham curls with ball: 12/12/12

Good workout. It was a bit different because normally I start with my legs. It was also a bit heavier on the arms than I've done in a while, but my shoulder seems OK-stiff but not sore.

Lots of stretching to cool down.
