Wednesday...legs/abs
Did a good solid leg workout at the gym. My arms and chest are still sore from Mon. workout!
4min walk on treadmill
leg work:
Walking lunges single, double with twist/arms behind head, triple with twist/arms behind head (these are killers)
Smith squats: 20X 25lb(no wts)/12X75lb / 12X125lb
leg ext: 3 sets of 10 single/single/double ended each set with 8 double
leg curls: 12X 30/40/50/50
SL DL's: 15X45(bar only)/ 12X65 / 12X85
Ab work:
oblique crunches with straight legs raised (20 each side)
20 straight crunches (same as above)
2X
Ab bridge 30s / side bridge 30s/other side bridge 30s/ab bridge 30s
10 full pilates sit ups
stretch to cool down.
Definetly feeling looser in the hips. Good lower body and ab workout today.
