Wednesday...Leg day...also weighed in
The dieting seems to be working since I'm down 2 lbs. I know better than to take lbs lost to seriously, but I know my clothes are getting looser. I have to admit, it is always nice to see the numbers going down!!
Today was leg day....
4min on TM
Smith Squats 12X65lb/95lb/145lb
Walking lunges with torso twist single/double/triple, arms behind head, (the triple lunging was tough!)
leg curls 12X40/50/60lbs
leg ext. 12X50/60/70
calf raises 12X60/80/100lbs
stretch to cool down
some rev crunches
Was a bit short of time today, so that was it.
The gyms getting busy so I'm having to adjust my workout according to what's available, but I seem to manage OK.
Nutrition:
egg subst, can bacon, gr apple
oatmeal, prot supp
salad with chicken, feta and olives with FF dressing...I know I said no cheese, but I needed a little fix (:

Not sure what to have for supper, maybe salmon and veggies...
cc/berries for late snack
