GoodMornings 15X45/12X65/12X65 (1st time doing these-hope my form was OK)
Walking Lunges 3 sts 10 sngl leg, no wt/12lbs dbls/15lb dbls
leg extentions 3 sets 10X sngl/sngle/dbl ending each set with 8dbl
leg curls prone 3X12 30/35/40
2min run on treadmill
leg stretches to cool down.
