Wednesday cold and dreary...

I made myself do step aerobics before breakfast this morning....

second cardio was 20 minutes on elliptical, level 9 and level 6 (switched it around a bit), then I did the following for ABS:

A circuit of 3 sets of each of the following:

resistance band crunchesX25
reverse curlsX15
oblique crunches 5#X15/side
threw in 2 sets of 15 'wiggles' reaching under same side leg towards opposite heel, works obliques differently...

then I did some pilates for lower body/hips, felt really good.
