...Wed...Mini wt workout
Yesterday should have been cardio day, but I went out for lunch instead-Dim Sum-yummy! Thought about running in the evening, but never did...oh well...
Today was supposed to be a circuit day, but I got side tracked at the gym by someone I know and had to turn it into a 30min mini circuit instead. It went as follows:
5min warmup on tread mill
30 min distraction by friend
Circuit in rotation 3X
Hammer bench press 36lb (going to add 5lbs on Friday)
squats 20-no weight
wide lat pull down 40/50/60lb
leg raises 20/20/20
front raises 15X 10/10/10
Missed second full circuit, but finished with some incline crunches and twist crunches.
Protien Shake
back to work for lunch (chicken & raw green beens)
