Started day with my monthly athletic massage. It really is helping my hamstrings and tendonitis in shoulder!
Did Legs and shoulders today:
4min Warmup on treadmill
Legs
Squats: 20*15, 15*35, 12*65, 8*75
walking lunges: 12lb, 15lb, 20lb (single leg 12 each way)
SL DL's: 15*45, 12*65, 10*95, 8*95 (forarms very tired!)
Shoulders:
front raises: 15*15lb, 12*15, 10*15 (standing)
lat raises: 15*15lb, 12*15, 10*15 (standing)
Lot's of stretching to cool down.
Have a 4pm T-Off today for 18 holes of golf...yippy-it is a gorgeous day!
