Wed....legs/run/swim..Week 1 of FT challenge
Just got back from the gym where I did todays scheduled chalenge workout
SS crunches/obliques/leg lifts 3X20 (abs were screaming....or was that just me??)
4X12 Squats --Smith Machine all @ 75lbs
3X12 leg ext 50lb
3X12 leg curls 50lbs
4X15 leg presses 90lbs (could have done more wt but moving the heavy wts hurts my shoulder)
SS seated calf //calf raises 12X 25lb//60lb respectively (I'm going to pay for these tomorrow-calf work always kills me)
15 min run on treadmill at speed of 6.0-6.5mph--burned 200cal (think I lost 5lbs in sweat though!)
Shower!
plan to swim tonight.
Todays Nutrition:
1/2c egg subst+can bac+red pepper+HP sauce (130cal/9F/30P/10C)
1.5 scoops prot/oatmeal/water (still wierd but edible) (175cal/3F/5C/36P)
chicken breast/squash/red pepr/sweet potato(310cal/4F/20C/37P)
Protien+water (36P)
Turkey+veggies+rice (maybe making some lite curry dish)(300/23C/30P)
Protien + skim milk
Enjoyed the workout and feel really good today :)
