Wed....Legs today
I did manage to get in 9 holes of golf...stopped keeping score after the 3rd hole, I was pretty pathetic out there, although I seemed to "find my game" on the 7th.
Decided to do legs today...I probably need to get a bit more "organized" about my workouts and have a plan before I get there. Maybe in Sept. I'll get a trainer for a bit and get some new stuff goin'.
Anyhow...workout for today...
5min wu treadmill
smith squats: 12*45/12*95/10*115/8*125
lunges: 12*12/12*15/12*20
leg ext.: 12*50/12*60/10*70/8*80
leg curls: 12*40/12*50/10*60/10*70
SL DL's w dbs: 15*20/12*30/12*40
That's it for today...they were working on alot of the equipment so it was hard to get to some of the stuff. Hopefully they'll be done by the end of the week.
Think I'll try and get out for a run tomorrow, the humidity is way down so it should be perfect for running outdoors.
