Wed...leg day...no time for cardio

I'm so excited about the new workout routine that I jumped the gun and did the leg routine today...Holy $h1t, what a workout..but loved it! I have to admit I was a bit nervous about looking like an idiot doing jump squats and step ups on a bench, but it was fine..don't think I looked any stupider than usual ( is stupider a word?) I did change things around a wee bit and didn't use any wt persay...

3 sets 20 each in rotation:
--squats
--plie squats
--walking lunges
--jump squats (holy crap did these burn-but I managed the 20)

3 sets 20 each in rotation:
--step ups onto bench (wonder if I'll catch shit for that one day?)
--reverse lunges (not plyometric yet)
--SLDL with BB (actually only did 15 reps for these)

3 sets 12 hip extentions on stability ball (played around with how I did these a bit, but always with feet on ball-tried once without arm support-interesting and not possible for more than 4 reps at this point!

Finished with my ab work
2 sets 30 crunches/oblique/leg lifts(only 12 of these)

I was literally dripping while doing this. I had sweat dripping into my eyes while I was doing the deadlifts!

This all pretty much took me the full hour, including my cool down stretch. I was already late getting to work today, so I couldn't justify doing the cardio afterwards. I did HIIT yesterday plus my swimming, so that have to do for yesterday's and today's cardio. If I remember correctly, there are no wts on Wed with the new program, so this should make getting in may cardio on Wed easier (I don't normally swim on wed.)

Sooo, I give this workout 2 thumbs up...thanks Amy for coming up with it. It'll be interesting to see if I hurt at all tomorrow. Although I had my monthly message this morning, so that will probably help!

Diet:
Pumkin Pancakes + SF syrup
strawberries
salad with chicken and feta + FF dressing
oatmeal+protien
brown rice+lean meat+veggies
protien+1%milk diluted with water. (I just can't drink the protien with water alone!

It sure is making a difference being accountable to everyone else in the challenge!
