Wed...leg day

I finaly feel normal again...just a few sniffles. Seems a shame to have spent time in the gym since it is so nice outside, but I did cardio yesterday sooo...

5min run on treadmill
4 sets walking lunges:
--hand behind head
--bar with twist
--bar with lift
--bar with double lunge/twist
BB squats: 12X45lbs(bar)8X95/8X125/8X125
4 sets leg extensions: 10X70/10X75/10X80/8X85
4 sets SLDL's 10X45lb(bar)/8X65lb/8X95lb/6X95lb
AB crunches/oblique on ball plus V lifts using 10lb med ball (I think I'll feel these tomorrow)

I notice a few guys using the squat cage after me and they maxed out at 125lbs....made me feel like big strong girl (:

Pleased with my workout today. Forgot iPod again, but survived!

Nutrition:
eggs/salsa
oatmeal
spicy thai tuna on ww tortilla/veggies/black olives
oatmeal
Not sure what to have for dinner, but may go to mall and grab some teryaki chicken with veggies only.
