Wed...it's been almost a week since I posted last......
It's been a weird week. Things got rather hectic at work last week and then I took a 4 day weekend. I had planned a run with my running buddy on Friday morning, but it was raining, so she bailed on me. So my girls and I headed to the States for some marathon shopping...8 hours of mall walking to be exact. Sat. I did go to the gym and did a full body wt routine. Sunday I drank (Hubby has returned), Monday we golfed 18 holes, but with a cart. Ate way too much chocolate and even had pizza, which I haven't had in ages. Sooooo....Thought I'd get back to normal on Tuesday...Not....Sooooo...Today's the day!
Today's workout:
Full body wts at gym (only had 40min to workout)
3min on treadmill
3X15 pushups, last 2 sets with one leg raised-kept head up
seated cable rows 3X15-50/60/70lbs
incline chest press on HS: 12X50lb/10X50/8X50
leg curls 12X40/50/60lbs
leg ext 12X40/50/60lb (sng/sng/dbl)
asst pullups 12X80/10X70/6X60 (going to try 50 next time!)
stretch to cool down.
Nutrition:
eggs/salsa/apple
oatmeal/protein
salad/checken/feta LF dressing
oatmeal
turkey/brussel sprouts (left overs)
