Turned 42 today, guess I should change my FT-Profile.
Decided to be daring and get my %BF done at the gym. Not that I trust the numbers, but since they are lower, I'll record them (;

at least it's going in the right direction. Interestingly enough my weight has not changed that much over the period so it must be due muscle!
My workout for today went as follows:
5min warmup on treadmill
3*12 pushups (wide/narrow/wide)
db front raises 12*8, 12*8, 10*8, 10*8
db lat raises 12*8, 12*8, 10*8, 10*8 (did front and lats in rotation rest between double sets)
cable pushdowns with V handle 12*50, 12*60, 10*70, 10*80
tri kick backs: 12*8, 12*8, 10*12, 10*12
rot cuff cable thingy's: 12*5, 12*10, 10*5, 10*5 (still can't handle 10lb very well esp. with L shoulder)
hanging tucks, twist tucks, leg raises. 3*10 each in rotation rest between each 10-to catch my breath!!
obliques and back extentions on BE thingy: 2 sets in rotation: 10* L/BE/R
stretch to cool down.
Think my tris will be tender tomorrow/next day!
