Wed...Cardio....Increased running distance!

Did about a 4mile run today, up from my usual 3miles. Felt pretty good. Perfect day for running...20C, sunny and slight breeze. Tried out my new New Balance shoes, they seem to be OK. I really need to stop running on the balls of my feet or my feet will be killing me when I reach 10km.

Finished of with good stretching, sit-ups and 3X15 bench dips.

Great workout!!
