Wed. Wts...heavy on the legs
Decided to do a little more leg work and a little less upper body today. Left shoulder bothering me. So here's how it went:
5min on TM
-BB Squats 15X45(wu) / 12X65 / 12X95 / 10X115
-lying leg curls 12X50/12X60/10X70/8X75
-leg ext. 12X50/12X60/12X70/10X75
-SS lunges 3Xstep-up 10 each side /SL DL's 12X45/65/85
-SS HS bench 36/36/36 // abs: 15 leg lifts on bench (this made me sweat!)
-asst pull downs:narrow 12X90/10X90/10X100 (used a diffent pd machine which gave a diff. hand position--palms facing towards me a opposed to towards each other..I found this much harder-prob. due to weak shoulder in this posit)
-2X12 back extentions
lots of stretching to cool down.
Had physio on shoulder imm. after, very tender and think I'm going to hurt tomorrow );
Felt I worked my legs nice and hard, but it's my arms that are still shaky!!
