Wed. Wts...different routine
Today I decided to try something slightly different. I did a circuit routine.
5min on Treadmill (level 4 which is awesome because it didn't hurt my hip!!)
3X 15pushups/12 rev lunges on step/15 body squats with 15count hold on last rep of each set
3X 12Xchest press 36lb/12Xwide lat pd 40/50/60 / 20 V-crunches
3X 12XBO rows 15/20/25 / 20 incl crunches / 12 tri kickbacks 15lbs
Finished with some ab chair leg lifts and crunches
Stretch to cool down.
Quite enjoyed this workout. I think I'll stick to circuits while the gym is quiet.
Hubby said I was looking very firm...compliment or looking for a good Xmas present...hmmmm....I'll take it as a compliment (:
