Wed. Monthly Massage and Leg work.....
Went for my monthly athletic massage this morning..whoever said massages were relaxing have not had an athletic massage! But I did feel much better afterwards and I didn't seem to have quite as many knots as last time!
Today I did legs
5min on treadmill
walking sinlge leg lunges: 12*10/12*15/12*20
Smith squats: 15*65/12*145/10*165
seated calf raises: 15*25/15*35/12*50/12*60
leg ext.: 12*50/12*60/10*70/10*80
leg curls: 12*40/12*50/10*60/10*70
sl dl's: 15*45/12*65/8*95
2min on ellip. to cool down
stretch a bit
Felt really good today, likely due to massage and finally recovering from the flu.
That'll be it for wts for a week unless there is a gym up at the National Park..which there very well might be!
