wed. circuits at the gym

Went to the gym to do a circuit routine...here's what I did...

5min run on treadmill

3 circuits of:

12X75lb smith squats
12X50lb seated cable row
12X step lunges
12X45lb BB flat bench press
12X leg lifts

5min run on treadmill at 6.5mph

2min walk on treadmill

stretch to cool down.

Shower!!

Good workout. I didn't want to push things too hard after last nights workout. Would have done a 4th circuit, but I ran out of time.

I may go for a bike ride this evening.
