Wed. Circuit Training day
Did a circuit today as follows:
5 min warmup on treadmill
Series 1 (4X, 15 reps)-virtually no rest between sets
bench press 36lbs
squats, free standing-no weight
wide lat pull downs (30/40/50/60)
leg raises
front raises 10lbs dbs
Series 2 (4X 15 reps)
step ups (for lack of better term, using a step 10lb wt in each hand, 15X each leg)
incline chest press-machine, 10lbs
seated row, 40/50/60
incline crunches
lat raises, 10lb dbs
finished with 2 sets 15 back extentions
cool down/stretching
Protien Smoothy and then back to work!
Feeling very good --except left shoulder a bit tender :(
