You know, I never really realized how much water I consumed in a day, so I just thought I'd post it in my journal...

My wife bought me a 2.2l jug for water... holds what one is ideally supposed to consume in one day, eight full glasses. I drank three of those at work the other day, more at home in the evening. I had two yesterday, plus an entire beer pitcher full last night at an event I was at.

Yes, I peed a lot... guess I'm not lacking water.
