WARNING ENTERING HIGHER REP AREA

SO the squat workout was susposed to be box squats. But I just did not want to do them. Instead I opted to go with 4-5 sets of 10 reps (I have no idea why)here is what went down.
squats 135x10 185x10 225x10 245x10 255x10 265x6
Ham curls onmachine 120x10 140x10 150x10
Deadlifts speed 225x5 275x3x8
Pull throughs-70x10 80x10

Highlights: My plan was to hit 275x10 as a last working set. I am totaly spent even now about 16 hours later. I will hit that weight at that rep in the near future.

Lowlights: I thought to do a few sets of ver light box squats and I tried at 135. My knees flashed with a huge amount of pain!
