Upper Body Wts...1st time without my iPod.....

My cold seems to be on the mend...still congested-especially my ears, but at least I'm feeling human again. I got to the gym and realized my iPod was still hooked up to my computer at the office (wanted to make sure I had enough battery power left for my workout). Normally I would have gone back to pick it up (the gym is only 5min from work), but I couldn't be bothered. Wasn't sure I could survive a workout without it, but I did (; OMG the music at the gym sucks!!

Anyhoo...here's what I did...
-5min run on Treadmill
-4X10 pushups-varied hand position, head always up
-asst pull ups: 10X80/8X70/8X60/6X50/4X40(uggg)
-HS flat bench: 10X36/10X46/10X56/8X66
-bicep curls: 3 sets of 10 using 30lb EzBar
-seated cable rows: 10X60/70/80
-HS incline press: 4 sets 8X66lb (finally checked machine and it is 8lb per side without weight, so I was off by a couple of lbs in the past)

stretch to cool down. I'm getting a bit of a twinge in my left shoulder, it is sooo dependent on my form!! I'll have to keep an eye on it if I'm going to use heavier wts.

good workout...weird without the iPod!

eggs/salsa/green apple
oatmeal
Wendy's Spinach&chicken salad (didn't know it had egg and bacon as well, but I ate it with FF dressing....extra protein anyway)
oatmeal
left over steak and some veggies for dinner
Need to buy groceries!!
