Tues...week 2 of FT challenge....Chest/shoulders, HIIT, swimming.
It'll be interesting to see how much energy I have for my swimming this evening, because it was a pretty intesive workout today:
3min on treadmill
SS 3X12 incline pec 10lb//4X12 incline press 2X10lb, 2X15lb(10)
Pec Dec 12X45/12X50/10X55
SS 3sets 12X db lat raises(10lb)//12X BB press (45lb)
4 sets tri kick backs 12X 10lb/10lb/15lb/15lb
3 sets tri pushdowns 12X 50lb/60lb/60lb
HIIT on Elliptical
3min warmup
6 sets 1 min alternate low(level 5)/high intensity(level 15 full out)
3min cool down
I was getting nervous looks from others because I was panting so hard! I was drenched when I was done...and exhausted!!! Who knew a minute could last sooooo longggg!
Will be swimming 1hr tonight with Masters (think were working on our Fly...so should be fun...NOT)
Diet...
scambled eggs+HP sauce
oatmeal+protien
chicken breast + 1/4c brown rice+red pepper+bag full of veggies_apple
Protien
Not sure what to have for dinner, will decide this afternoon so I don't eat "whatever' when I get home.
cottage cheese+berries after swim
I feel like I'm relying too much on the protien powder for my "snacks" I'm going to try the cottage cheese and rasberries for my after swim snack (last meal of the day) and may try some tuna as a mid afternoon snack.
Otherwize, things are going extremely well. I usually weigh myself on Wednesday, so we'll see how that goes--not that I care, it feels good just to be eating healthy and really pushing myself athletically( yeah, that's what I'll keep telling myself...)
