Tues....upper body + HIIT+swim
Still feeling 100% better than last week! What a difference it makes to the workouts!
Todays workout:
warmup...Go to gym, find out I have no workout bra, go home to get said bra, go back to gym to change and workout.....rgggg
arm circles to get blood flowing into shoulders
SS 4 sets incline presses (12X10lb/12X10/10X15lb/10X15lb) // incline flyes 3 sets 12X10lbs
3 sets pec dec 12/10/8X50lb
SS 3 sets OH press(12X10lb) // lat raises (12X10lb-had to alternate arms for the last few reps) I think the OH presses are really helping to define my shoulders, since it's something I haven't done in the past.
BB presses 12X45lb/10X50lb/10X50lb
SS 3 sets calf raises (12X80lb) // seated calf raises (12X50lb)
3 sets tri pushdowns-rope 3 sets 12/10/10X50lb
didn't have time for the tri kickbacks
HIIT on bike 9X 1 min intervals. I really like how fast this goes by and I find I can really push hard on the bike..sweat was pouring off me.
Was getting late, so I just grabbed a wrap at the gym to eat on the way back to work (WW + turkey+spinach+cheese) and had a banana when I got to the office.
Workouts going well...diet going well...all's good! I'll be swimming at 9 tonight with some dryland training at 8:30.
