Tuesday....upper body wts
Did upper body at the gym today. Feeling much better since having a half decent sleep last night.
5min warmup on TM
assisted pull ups: 12*100/12*90/10*80/8*70 (55/65/75/85lbs)
wide lat pull downs: 12*40/12*50/10*60/10*70
seated row: 12*50/12*60/10*70/10*80
cable/rope tri's: 12*25/12*30/10*35/8*35 (these were tough!)
supersetted db chest press and B/O single arm rows:
12*10/12*12/10*15/10*20
EZ-bar bicept curls: 12*30/12*30/10*30/8*30 (these really pump my bicepts--cool!!)
stretch to cool down
Felt really good after this workout, nice not to be feeling exhausted!!
