Tuesday....last workout before Vacation...woohoo!!
I went to the gym and did a full body workout today. Pushed myself a bit today, knowing I won't be back to the gym for at least 10 days.
5min run on treadmill
(BB) walking lunges (2nd set pressed bar up/3rd set dbl lunge and twist) altherated legs with no rest between steps.
(BB) bench press 4 sets/10 reps (45/55/60/60lbs)
(BB) DL's 3 sets/10reps (45/65/95lbs(only made 5 reps))
(DB) BO sngl arm rows 3 sets /10reps (20/25/30lbs)
Crunches on stability ball (straight and oblique)
Leg lifts
Stretch to cool down.
Good workout. I leave on Thursday morning and have things to get ready tomorrow, so that's it for "workouts" for a week or so. I plan to do tons of snorkeling, swimming and hiking while away (and beaching and drinking and eating)
