Tuesday...full body wts/endurance training
I did basically some circuit training with high intensity low wt. Here what I came up with at the gym....basically i did not stop moving thru the entire routine. I I realy needed to catch my breath, I walked.

5min warm up run on treadmill
3 sets walking lunges-single/BodyBar/BBdouble lunge (walked same distance between each set)
ran 2min on treamill @ 6mph
SS 4 sets 15: BB chest press-45lbs//lat PD-60lbs
ran 2 min on treadmill @ 6mph
SS 3 sets 12: BB deadlifts-45lbs//leg curls-50lbs
5 min on bike with low resistance high cadence
2 min cooldown on treadmill

lots of stretching.
I have not sweat like that in a long time..I was drenched afterwards. What a workout!!
On a side note...I bought another "toy". I found a good deal on a wrist GPS system that I can use on my bike or while running (although it may be a bit big to actually run with on a regular basis) It'll be very cool and benificial to determine at what speed I cycle and run while outdoors!! I figure I can use it to determine just how far I'm driving a golf ball as well (;
I'm really enjoying having a different fitness focus for a while. But I'm also looking forward to serious wt training when all of this is over!
