Tuesday...cardio..running
Went to the gym for a run on the treadmill. Gyms getting much quieter now that the New years resolutions are falling by the wayside.
I did 35min of a hills program at 5.5mph level 5. Worked up a good sweat. Stretched afterwards, then back to work. Nothing on the agenda this evening, except maybe a long walk with hubby if the weather hold out.
